  • Meets with business owners and/or human resource representatives to check on requirements set by finance companies. Submit data as requested in a timely manner.

  • Performs inspections involving collateral, equipment, and property. Checks in with contacts at finance companies to ensure that the analysis has been done to specifications.

  • Participates in the appraisal of cars both in the process of being sold and that have been in accidents. Keeps in touch with both dealerships and private owners.

  • Obtains leads from bridal shows and networking events from Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Martin counties, averaging 100 new leads per show.

  • Works as a team with the Owner and General Manager to book weddings at over a half dozen venues through offices in two locations.

  • Organizes leads and contracts using Excel, Dropbox, and Adobe programs. Keeps timely contact with those behind on contracts. Follows up on leads to make contact with DJs, photographers, and videographers.

  • Uses social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to spread word about the company’s services. Updates company blog on a weekly basis; links all social media to blog.

  •  Worked on a temporary basis performing organization and data entry skills for the real estate/property management, media, and finance industries. 
  •  Handled via Oracle pricing for over 500 items for a vitamin company, finishing the project over half time ahead of schedule.  
    Edited documents for non-native, non-English speaking doctoral students for clarity.
  • Also for the vitamin company, has handled orders for local nutrition stores as well as national chains like Whole Foods. Kept in touch with Accounts Payable contacts to clarify and process orders when need be.
  • Handled as large as an 18-line switchboard. Front line for customer service

  • Handled a 10-line switchboard, organized schedule, and screened callers and visitors for team members of an upscale furniture store. Represented the first impression for the company.
  • Worked on an on-call basis, substituting for regular receptionist on maternity leave, including December 2005-March 2006 consecutively.

Helvetica Light is an easy to read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
